Cancellation Policy

We’re sorry to see you leave but understand that circumstances can change. To cancel your services and subscriptions, please fill out the cancellation form on our website. Note that there is a two-week notice period during which your fees will continue to be charged as scheduled. After this period, we will terminate all services and remove your subscription details.

 

During the Notice Period:

Your child is welcome to attend during the two-week notice period. Should you wish to re-enroll in the future, a new nonrefundable registration fee will apply, subject to space availability.

 

Please Remember:

Payments cannot be paused for temporary absences such as vacations, illnesses, or school closures. The two-week notice period applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason, and associated fees are due

 

Credit Card Update

Please use this form to update your credit card information.

To modify or cancel your payment method, please submit a Change Card Request at least 72 hours before the scheduled payment date, which is typically on Friday. It is crucial to use the designated form to ensure your request is processed correctly.

Important Notices:

  • The Discovery Lounge is not liable for refunds, bank fees, or any charges incurred on a card that was not canceled due to late or improper notification.

  • Directly adding a new card to the system without using the Change Card Request form may result in a duplicate payment.
