Though we hate to see you go, we understand things change. In order to properly cancel all services and subscriptions you would need to submit that request through our online form. There is a two week waiting period in which your fees will still be due and will be automatically pulled on schedule. At the end of the two weeks, we will cease all payments and delete your subscription. Your child can still come during the two week period. If you decide to come back at a later date, you would need to satisfy a new nonrefundable registration fee and placement is based on availability.
You cannot stop payment for vacations, illness, school closings etc. in lieu of not paying fees for a short period of time. If you request to cancel at anytime for any reason, you are still responsible for the two week waiting period.

Please use this form to update your credit card information.
The only way to stop, change a payment and payment method is to send in the request 72 hours before the Friday the payment is made. The Discovery Lounge will not refund, pay bank fees and be held responsible for any payment made on a card you wanted to cancel if we do not get the proper notification which is ONLY the Change Card Request form.
If you do not use this form and go into the system and input a new card. you will create a duplicate payment.
