Dear Movement School Families,

We’re excited to announce registration for the 2025–2026 school year is officially open!

This year, The Discovery Lounge is proud to expand our offerings by introducing before care at select sites, with plans to grow as the school year progresses. We’re committed to making each school day more supportive for both students and families.

✨ Registration Details

At this time, we ask that you register your student(s) only. Once your registration is submitted, you will be redirected to Procare, our secure registration and account management system. Please note: this program is operated by The Discovery Lounge, not Movement School.

🔍 Pricing Breakdown:

Afternoon Care Only: $72.00 per student, per week
Before & After Care: $85.00 per student, per week (Best Deal)
Before Care Only: $40.00 per Week 6:45am-7:30am
Half Care (2 days per week M-T): $188.00 per month
Registration Fee: $40.00 per student (non-refundable)

1. What are the program fees?

Fees are per student and charged weekly, unless otherwise noted.

After School Only: $72.00 per week
Before & After Care: $85.00 per week (Best Value)
Before School Only: $40.00 per week
Half Care (2 days/week M-T): $188.00 per month
One-time Registration Fee: $40.00 per student (non-refundable)

Please note, we do not offer sibling discounts unless you are registering 3 or more children. We also do not accept CCR or offer tuition scholarships.

2. What are the program hours?

Monday through Friday, from school dismissal until 6:00 PM.

3. Do you offer homework help?

Yes! Hands-on homework assistance is provided daily.

4. Are snacks provided?

Yes, we provide a daily snack. If your student has dietary restrictions, feel free to send one from home.

5. When is the first payment due?

Your initial payment is due August 15, 2025. We’ll send detailed instructions for payment setup after registration.

6. What kind of program is this?

The Discovery Lounge is a club-based enrichment program that engages kids through arts, music, athletics, and more.

8. Can we pay monthly or biweekly?

Weekly automatic debit is our default method, with payments processed every Friday by 6:00 PM.
Monthly and biweekly plans are available upon approval from our finance team and are based on your payment history.

9. How is tuition calculated?

Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance.

10. What payment methods are accepted?

We only accept online automatic debit payments. We do not accept cash, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Apple Pay, prepaid cards, or any card not linked to a bank account.

11. When does the program begin?

The Aftercare program will begin on the first day of school for the 2025–2026 academic year.
